By accessing or using EventMoment ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
EventMoment provides a platform for creating digital event invitations, collecting RSVPs, and enabling photo sharing via QR codes. Each event requires a one-time payment to publish.
Publishing an event requires a one-time payment of $19.99 (price may vary by event type). Payments are processed securely via Polar. All payments are non-refundable once an event is published.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to EventMoment, including event details and photos. By uploading content, you grant EventMoment a non-exclusive licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you upload does not infringe any third-party rights, is not unlawful, and does not violate any person's privacy.
Published event data, RSVPs, and photos are retained for 12 months from the event publication date, after which they may be automatically deleted. Draft events may be deleted after 90 days of inactivity.
You may not use EventMoment to create events that promote illegal activities, contain hate speech, or harass individuals. We reserve the right to remove events that violate these terms without notice or refund.
EventMoment is provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this Service, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
